Privacy

We collect only what we need to supply your products and support your plan:

• Account details — your email address.
• Participant details — name, contact number, delivery address and NDIS number.
• Plan and funding details, and any plan or evidence documents you upload.
• Orders, deliveries and the invoices or receipts we prepare.
• People you authorise to help, and a record of what they do on the account.

To take and prepare your orders, check NDIS eligibility, produce the right invoice or receipt, arrange delivery, keep you updated, and keep your account secure.

Your information is held in a secured database located in Australia, with access limited to our pharmacy team and the people you authorise. Documents you upload are kept in private storage. Some providers that help us run the service — for example, email delivery — may process limited information overseas.

We share only what is needed, and only to run the service: with your plan manager or the NDIA to claim or invoice for supplies, with delivery providers to get your order to you, and with the technology providers that host the service. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

You can invite someone to help with your supplies and choose what they can do. You can change or remove their access at any time; removing someone stops their access straight away. What each person does is recorded in your activity history.

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we will help.

If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first — we take it seriously and will respond. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au). For concerns about NDIS supports, you can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (ndiscommission.gov.au).
