Placing an order is a request to the pharmacy, not a confirmed sale. Our team reviews each order, checks the details and prepares the right documents before anything is supplied. We will let you know if an item cannot be supplied.

Whether an item can be funded under the NDIS is decided for each participant and plan — it is not guaranteed by the catalogue. Where an item needs supporting evidence, we will ask for it before the item is supplied or claimed.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. How an order is paid for or claimed depends on how your supports are managed, and is arranged with the pharmacy.

Keep your sign-in details secure. If you invite someone to help with your account, you are responsible for who you authorise and can remove their access at any time.

Please use the service only for genuine orders, and provide accurate information so we can supply you correctly.

We may update the service, the product range and these terms from time to time. The current version applies when you place an order.
